What is the difference between yoga types such as power, bikram, or traditional?

What is power yoga? Bikram yoga? Is there a normal or traditional yoga? I'm trying to decide which type of yoga would be good for me. I'd like to reduce anxiety, improve muscle tone, and just feel better. Thank you.

i know since i started bikram yoga classes a month ago in july, my over all outlook on life has greatly improved. i no longer have mood swings,my muscle tone is improving,my spiritualality is waking up again and coming into everyday decisions and on top of all this i feel better at 40 than i did at twenty. bikram has become a life long practice for me...i am so thankful for being introduced to this type of yoga..if you haven't already decided which type of yoga to take try bikram..it's NOT easy but the benefits are well worth it:)

i guess i should give you a heads up about classes on bikram..the room is a toasty 105 degrees this is to improve your flexibility and detox process... the class consists of a series of 26 postures all of which stimulate and stretch various joints,muscles and organs...sometimes all in one posture...believe me you work it all..the class is 90 mins. long and when you come out you are soaking wet...and feeling fine so make sure you are well hydrated bring a mat, towel,hand towel and water and enjoy
