Need a class for dad and me for saturdays or nights during the week

Sorry you have not had any replies.. I see that nobody gets their questions answered here.. hm...
Bikram is a good beginner class.. it is hot and its 90 minutes..
all the poses (asana's) are simple and only get harder as you push yourself..
I like Bikram because I know what to expect in class, and it is always the same thing. (think quality control)
its not for everyone of course, but its the yoga that made me a regular.. I love it! It focuses on strengthening the back and legs.. (Bikram beleives that a happy person starts with a happy spine)
Being Yoga in Burlingame is a great studio.. I reccomend Bill on Sunday mornings.. otherwise - just giddy up and get in there..
San carlos has the "yoga health center" they offer Bikram as well..

Being Yoga in Burlingame is great. Try the Saturday beginner class. The Bikram can be intimidating to start with
